Honesty, expertise, empathy and a desire to give excellent advice and education.

A goal oriented client with a desire to work on a plan and stick to it. I like customers who listen to me, because I listen certainly listen to them.

We first need to talk about lifetime goals and how those goals will impact their decisions in the next five to ten years. We need to analzye the AFTER TAX real world expenses to see if a refinance makes sense or not and whether it is necessary to meet their goals.

That is simple. Banks and marketing have trained customers to look only at interest rate. Then they screw them with fees. The biggest mistake customers make is not thinking critically about their needs and just going for the lowest rate. The fees are where it does or doesn't make sense to get that specific loan. If in doubt, get the FREE No Cost version of the loan.

That they will be confused and unsure until about three months after their purchase. Then they will wonder what they were so confused about.

Try to get a No Cost free mortgage and not pay ANY fees or expenses. Ask for referrals from friends, family and colleagues to find a trustworthy mortgage broker. Never go to the local bank as HONEST typical brokers can always beat any bank due to much lower overhead.
